o9bet Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

Enjoy entertainment within limits. o9bet believes that healthy gaming habits are the foundation of an enjoyable experience.

For players aged 21 and above only

Our Commitment

o9bet is committed to ensuring entertainment for players in Bangladesh as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. We believe online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a financial solution or a source of income.

Responsible gaming means playing while staying aware of your budget, your time and your state of mind. We want you to enjoy every session and for gaming not to affect other areas of your life. o9bet provides various tools and support to help you play responsibly.

SSL encryption and fair play are always guaranteed on our platform, and our 24/7 support team is always ready to help you in Bangla.

21+ Age Limit Is Mandatory

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and play at o9bet. Keeping minors away from gaming is one of our highest responsibilities. Always use password protection on your device so that children or teenagers cannot access your account.

Protection Tools for You

o9bet gives you the option to use these tools directly from your account to keep you safe.

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately. If you want to raise a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies — giving you time to reconsider.

Session Time-Out

Take advantage of automatic log-out after a set period of time. You can choose any session limit between 30 minutes and 8 hours. Playing for long stretches increases the risk of mental stress and poor decisions.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habit is getting out of control, request a temporary or permanent closure of your account. A temporary break can be taken for anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. Activate this option through live chat.

Loss Limit

Betting will stop automatically once you have lost a set amount — this loss limit feature protects you from large losses. Set daily and weekly limits separately.

24/7 Support

Our Bangla-speaking support team is always available for any questions or help related to responsible gaming. Reach us via live chat at any time — you will be helped without any judgment or criticism.

Account Protection

Use a strong password and never share your login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, inform support immediately. Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility.

Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the signs below appear in you or someone you know, it is time to seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of awareness.

  • Spending more than your budget and the urge to play again to recover losses
  • Prioritising gaming over family, friends or work
  • Hiding the amount of gaming or the losses
  • Feeling unable to stop gaming or feeling uncomfortable when trying to
  • Spending borrowed money or breaking into savings to fund gaming
  • Gaming disrupting your sleep, health or peace of mind
  • Playing not for fun but to reduce stress or escape

Check In With Yourself

Ask yourself from time to time — "Am I playing for fun, or to recover losses?" If the answer is the second, taking a break and seeking help is the right step. o9bet's 24/7 live chat support is always ready to help you without hesitation.

Protecting Minors

If there are children or teenagers in your household, make sure they cannot access your gaming account or device. Use password protection, screen time locks and parental controls. Remember — o9bet is for people aged 21 and above only.

Simple Steps for Safe Gaming

Follow these simple steps to play responsibly and keep every gaming session enjoyable.

1

Set Your Budget in Advance

Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. Treat this amount as an entertainment expense — do not expect to get it back. The minimum deposit at o9bet is just ৳300.

2

Stick to Time Limits

Set a time limit for each gaming session before you start. Use the time-out feature so a break happens automatically after the set time. Remember to spend time with family and friends.

3

Do Not Chase Losses

Placing bigger bets to recover losses after a losing session is a dangerous habit. Remember, every game is independent and previous results do not influence the next outcome.

4

Keep Your Deposit Limit Active

Turn on your deposit limit from your account settings. It will help you stay within your monthly budget and reduce the risk of overspending.

5

Take a Break or Ask for Help When Needed

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose the self-exclusion option or contact our live chat support. Asking for help is a sign of strength.

How to Self-Exclude

If you want a temporary or long-term break from gaming, the self-exclusion process at o9bet is simple and immediate.

Contact Live Chat

Let our 24/7 Bangla-speaking support team know that you want self-exclusion. They will guide you through the entire process.

Choose Your Break Period

1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months — or permanent closure. Choose the period that suits your needs best.

Takes Effect Immediately

Your account will be restricted as soon as your request is processed. It will not be possible to reactivate it until the period has ended.

Important: You will not be sent any promotional emails or offers during self-exclusion. Contact us at: [email protected]

Tips for Responsible Gaming

Following these simple tips will keep your gaming experience enjoyable at all times.

  • Take part in different activities in life rather than making gaming your only entertainment
  • Never play while drinking or under stress — decision-making is weaker in these states
  • Never use money set aside for essential living expenses (rent, food, medicine) as a gaming budget
  • Even after a win, stop at the planned time rather than getting greedy
  • Every game depends on chance — no strategy or system guarantees a win
  • Talk openly about your gaming habits with trusted family or friends

We Are Here for You
